Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cornstarch and 1/2 cup of water. Mix until the cornstarch is dissolved.
