Summer Berry Tiramisu

This Summer Berry Tiramisu is a delicious and refreshing dessert that is perfect for a summer gathering. It is made with layers of ladyfingers, cream cheese, and a mixture of fresh berries. The end result is a light and creamy dessert that is sure to please.

Ingredients:

– 2 packages of ladyfingers
– 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 cups of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
– 1/4 cup of orange juice
– 2 tablespoons of Grand Marnier (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place ladyfingers on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
4. In a separate bowl, combine berries, orange juice, and Grand Marnier (if using).
5. To assemble the tiramisu, layer the ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
7. Top with the berry mixture.
8. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the berries.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
