Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 onion, diced

– 1 teaspoon turmeric
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
