No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This no-bake chocolate eclair dessert is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is sure to please. It is made with a graham cracker crust, a creamy custard filling, and a chocolate topping. It is a great dessert for any occasion and can be made in just a few simple steps.

Ingredients:

– 2 packages graham crackers
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
– 3 1/2 cups cold milk
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
– 1 (16 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
3. Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 8 minutes.
5. In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
7. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to cream cheese and mix until combined.
8. Fold in whipped topping.
9. Spread cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crust.
10. Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese layer.
11. Spread chocolate fudge topping over pudding layer.
12. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
