Lemon Garlic Baked Chicken and Potatoes
This delicious and easy-to-make dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of lemon, garlic, and herbs creates a flavorful and juicy chicken, while the potatoes are cooked to perfection.
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
