Grilled Pesto Chicken Wraps

This delicious and easy-to-make wrap is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. The combination of grilled chicken, pesto, and vegetables makes for a flavorful and nutritious meal.


– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons pesto
– 4 large tortillas
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let cool.
5. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
6. Spread the pesto on the tortillas.
7. Top the tortillas with the chicken strips, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
8. Roll up the tortillas and place them on the grill.
9. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are lightly browned.
