This air fryer lemon chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The chicken is marinated in a zesty lemon marinade and then cooked in the air fryer for a crispy and flavorful finish. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables for a complete meal.


* 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon dried thyme
* Salt and pepper, to taste


1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated.

3. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

5. Place the chicken cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. Serve with your favorite vegetables.
