  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup plain vegan yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup warm water

  2. Add the vegan yogurt, olive oil, and warm water. Stir until a soft dough forms.

  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin circle about 8 inches in diameter.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one naan in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Flip the naan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned on the other side.
  8. Repeat with the remaining naan.
