Stuffed Fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Lay shrimp out on a cutting board. Using a small spoon, stuff each shrimp with the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour and panko bread crumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Dip each stuffed shrimp into the flour mixture, coating both sides. Shake off any excess flour.
