Banana Oatmeal Cookies

These Banana Oatmeal Cookies are a delicious and healthy snack that are easy to make. They are made with only a few simple ingredients and are perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 cup almond butter
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
3. Add the oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
