The Ultimate Homemade Burger Experience


-1 lb. ground beef
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
-1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-4 hamburger buns
-4 slices of cheese (optional)
-Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard (optional)


1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin, coriander, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and form into patties.

3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the patties are cooked through.

5. Place the patties on the hamburger buns and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard (optional).

6. Serve and enjoy!
