“The Perfect Cup of Masala Chai: Homemade and Delicious”
Masala Chai Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 cups of water
– 2 black tea bags
– 2 cardamom pods
– 2 cloves
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of milk
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the tea bags, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the ginger and honey and stir to combine.
4. Remove from heat and add the milk.
5. Strain the tea into two mugs and enjoy!
