Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups cooked white rice
Instructions:
- In a shallow bowl, combine the cornstarch and chicken cubes. Toss to coat.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
