Tantalizing Tuscan Garlic Salmon – A Healthy and Delicious Salmon Recipe


-4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-1/4 cup white wine


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
