Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons garam masala
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander

– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place chicken cubes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
