Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, herbs, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken.
  3. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
