Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat.
