Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
* 2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
* 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
* 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
* 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
* 2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries
* 2 tablespoons chopped dried apricots
* 2 tablespoons chopped dried figs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, honey, lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the cocoa powder, espresso powder, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cranberries, apricots, and figs.
6. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and pour the batter into the pan.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool before serving.
