“Spicy Chili for a Flavorful Kick”

Chili Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 large onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
– 1 pound of ground beef
– 2 tablespoons of chili powder
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– 1 teaspoon of oregano
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
– 1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 (8 ounce) can of tomato sauce
– 1/2 cup of water

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

4. Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

5. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, and water. Stir to combine.

6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
