* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with butter and set aside.
