– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup diced onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 cups fresh spinach
– 8 ounces penne pasta
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
