“Savory Stir-Fried Noodles: A Tasty Chow Mein Adventure”


– 8 ounces of fresh chow mein noodles
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup of diced onion
– 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
– 1/2 cup of diced carrots
– 1/2 cup of diced celery
– 1/2 cup of diced mushrooms
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the chow mein noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.

4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
