Savory Pork and Mushroom Stir Fry


-1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
-1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 red bell pepper, sliced
-1 cup mushrooms, sliced
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 tablespoon honey
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork strips and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger and stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.

7. Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
