This delicious and easy-to-make Chicken Egg Roll Bowls recipe is a great way to enjoy the flavors of egg rolls without the hassle of rolling them. The combination of chicken, cabbage, carrots, and egg roll wrappers makes for a flavorful and nutritious meal.


– 1 lb. ground chicken
– 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
– 2 carrots, shredded
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 4 egg roll wrappers, cut into strips


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground chicken until it is no longer pink.
3. Add the cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the chicken and vegetable mixture in the dish.
5. Top with the egg roll wrapper strips.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg roll wrappers are golden brown.
7. Serve warm.
