The ingredient of Chilled tomato soup

  1. 50g day old bread, crust removed
  2. 6 med tomatoes, roughly chopped
  3. 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled and chopped
  4. 1 small red capsicum, deseeded and chopped
  5. 1L Campbells Real Soup Base u2013 Spanish
  6. Chilli sauce, to taste
  7. Extra tomato, to garnish
  8. Extra cucumber, to garnish
  9. Olive oil, to garnish

The instruction how to make Chilled tomato soup

  1. Place bread in a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of the Campbellu2019s Soup Base. Set aside for 5 minutes to soak.
  2. Place soaked bread, tomatoes, cucumber and capsicum in the bowl of the food processor or blender and process until well combined and almost smooth. Add the Campbellu2019s Real Soup Base. Add chilli sauce to taste.
  3. Pour soup into bowls and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, extra diced tomato and cucumber.
