Raspberry Delight

Raspberry Mousse

This light and fluffy raspberry mousse is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert. It’s perfect for a special occasion or just a regular weeknight treat. The combination of fresh raspberries and cream makes for a delightful and creamy mousse.


* 2 cups fresh raspberries
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 2 tablespoons water
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 2 cups heavy cream
* 2 tablespoons powdered sugar


1. In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
3. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. In a large bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
5. Add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
6. Gently fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream.
7. Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
