* 2 cups cooked quinoa
* 1 can black beans
* 1 red bell pepper, diced

* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
* 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Add the cooked quinoa, black beans, cilantro, and lime juice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
