Easy Chili Recipe That Is Quick and Delicious (Stove Top or Slow Cooker)
Ingredients:
-1 pound ground beef
-1 onion, diced
-1 green bell pepper, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
-1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
-1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
-2 tablespoons chili powder
-1 teaspoon ground cumin
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Stove Top:
1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
2. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slow Cooker:
