Homemade Vegan Condensed Milk | Plantiful Bakery

This vegan condensed milk recipe is a great alternative to traditional condensed milk. It is made with plant-based ingredients and is perfect for baking and desserts. It is easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.


– 1 cup of coconut milk
– 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
– 1/4 cup of coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


1. In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk, coconut sugar, and coconut oil.
2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is thick and creamy.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Allow the mixture to cool before transferring it to an airtight container.
5. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
