“One-Pan Keto Green Chili Chicken: A Deliciously Healthy Meal”


– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
– 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
– 1/2 cup diced onion
– 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the bell peppers, onion, and green chiles and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
