Low Calorie Healthy Donuts
These delicious donuts are a healthier alternative to traditional donuts. They are low in calories and fat, and are made with whole wheat flour and natural sweeteners. They are perfect for a guilt-free snack or dessert.
– 1 cup whole wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup applesauce
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Grease a donut pan with cooking spray.
7. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
