Light and Fluffy Low-Fat Chocolate Soufflé


– 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of low-fat milk
– 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
– 2 egg whites
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons of semi-sweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Grease a 6-inch round baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, sugar, milk, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla extract until well blended.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the mixture.

6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
