Lemon Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:
– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons freshly grated lemon zest

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
