Homemade Garlic Knots
These homemade garlic knots are a delicious and easy snack or side dish. They are made with simple ingredients and are ready in just 30 minutes. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish to your favorite Italian meal.
– 1 package of pizza dough
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
3. Cut the dough into 12 equal strips.
4. Tie each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, butter, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
6. Brush the garlic mixture over the knots.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
