Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup almond flour
– 1/4 cup coconut flour
– 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest
– 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, Swerve sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
