Keto Buns (4 Ingredients!)
These Keto Buns are a delicious and easy-to-make low-carb alternative to traditional bread. With only four ingredients, they are a great way to enjoy a sandwich or burger without the guilt.
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons of almond flour
– 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
4. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape into buns.
6. Place the buns on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
