– 1 (14.5 ounce) can coconut milk
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 cups cooked basmati rice

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the tomatoes, chickpeas, and coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
7. Serve over cooked basmati rice.
