– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon salt


1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt.
2. Create a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs and olive oil.
3. Using a fork, mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
6. Cut the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece out into a thin sheet.
7. Cut the sheets into thin strips and shape them as desired.
8. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta.
9. Cook the pasta for about 3 minutes or until al dente.
