* 4 cups chicken broth
* 2 eggs
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 2 tablespoons chopped green onions


1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

3. Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth, stirring constantly.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked and the soup is thickened.

5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
