Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
