* 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
* 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 2 tablespoons water
* 2 oranges, peeled and cut into wedges


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, orange juice, and lemon juice.
5. Pour the mixture over the chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
6. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water.
7. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.
8. Add the orange wedges and cook for 1 minute.
9. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa.
