Grilled Chicken Wraps
This delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken wrap is a great meal for lunch or dinner. It’s packed with flavor and nutrition, and can be customized with your favorite vegetables and sauces.
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons garlic powder
– 2 tablespoons onion powder
– 2 tablespoons paprika
– 2 tablespoons chili powder
– 2 tablespoons cumin
– 2 tablespoons oregano
– 2 tablespoons black pepper
– 2 tablespoons salt
– 4 large tortillas
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1 cup diced red onion
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1/2 cup salsa
– 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
3. Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
4. Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let cool for 5 minutes.
6. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
7. Place a tortilla on a plate and top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, chicken strips, salsa, and sour cream.
8. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll up.
9. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
10. Serve the wraps warm.
