Easy Beef Empanadas

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 package refrigerated pie crust
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
