Salted Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Add the cocoa powder and egg and mix until combined.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. The cookies will still be soft in the center.
