“Crispy Zucchini Fritters: A Healthy, Gluten-Free & Keto Delight”


– 2 medium zucchinis, grated
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons almond flour
– 2 tablespoons coconut flour
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Scoop 1/4 cup of the zucchini mixture into the skillet and flatten with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5. Transfer fritters to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
