Red Velvet Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

– 1 box of red velvet cake mix
– 1/3 cup vegetable oil
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:
