Avocado Toast with Egg – 4 Ways


– 2 slices of whole wheat bread

– 1 ripe avocado

– 2 eggs

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Optional toppings:

– Sliced tomatoes

– Sliced red onion

– Chopped cilantro

– Hot sauce


1. Toast the bread until golden brown.

2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and mash it with a fork.
