  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
