Creamy Keto Broccoli Chicken Casserole with Bacon
– 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
– 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, bacon, and cheese.
3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
4. Pour cream mixture over chicken and broccoli mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Transfer mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
