Buffalo Chicken Pasta (One Pot!)
This Buffalo Chicken Pasta is a delicious and easy one-pot meal that is sure to please the whole family. It is packed with flavor and is ready in just 30 minutes.
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
* 2 cups chicken broth
* 8 ounces penne pasta
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the buffalo sauce and chicken broth and stir to combine.
4. Add the penne pasta and stir to combine.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked through.
6. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
7. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the blue cheese and parsley.
8. Serve hot.
